Video and photo are amazing. I'm not a professional, but as a hobby, I've been able to make fantastic art for church and friends.

Not great for video

Rolling shutter is also very noticeable.

As a semi-pro hybrid camera, the A7 IV is aimed at enthusiasts but could easily serve as a second body for professional shooters who use Sony gear.

It isn't the fastest shooter in its class, so serious sports or street photographers should search elsewhere. The A7 IV, however, is a reliable all-around player with few obvious flaws for everyone else. You might never need a camera again.

Best camera that I ever had.

The screen and the view finder are really clear. I used to have a GH5 and also coming from Canon. This camera merge photography and videography like no other. The quality of the video is another level. And the stabilization is great too. There's no other like Sony right now. Is worth the price.

Family Camera

When we tried to use it we could not get it focused at all....I brought it to the Gainesville store, and the young lady at the front who was an assistant manager got us straightened out immediately. Now that the camera lens is functioning correctly we absolutely love our camera.

Great, but misses a built-in flash

A built-in mini flash would be nice for night shots. Lacks advanced image stabilization and temporal noise reduction capabilities that any modern smartphone has.
