Just got the Sony Alpha 7 IV with the SEL2870 Lens, and wow, it's incredible! The image quality is out of this world - super crisp and clear, even in low light. The lens is so versatile; I've been snapping everything from close-up portraits to wide landscapes, and it handles it all like a champ. Navigating the settings is a breeze, which I appreciate as someone who doesn't want to fuss too much with complicated menus. It feels really sturdy too, which is great because I take it everywhere. The Sony a7 IV is an outstanding all-around camera. Image quality from the 33MP sensor is excellent, with great detail, dynamic range, and reliable low-light performance. Really nice camera. Only had ir a month though. Fast af in video and photo. Coming from nikon it was a bit difficult to get use to but it doesn't take long. I wish it had a flash.pricey for sure.but not bad if you're using it for professional work.

I've owned this camera for going on three years now and it's been a workhorse. Versatile, not too huge, easy to connect phone or laptop for remote shooting with no extra hardware. Only downside I've had is camera overheating when shooting really long hi res video. I record hour + DJ sets often and was having issues with overheating around the 30 minute mark until I purchased a cooling fan that snaps on the camera. This fixed the issue.

I have been using the Sony a6000 for the longest time and I finally decided to upgrade to the A7 IV. It was definitely worth it. This is one of the best cameras you can get, especially for the price.

I boughyt an open box and I can confirm all was in perfect condition. The camera was as good as new and everything working perfectly. As for the camera, this is an upgrade from my a7III and I can't be happier. It's faster, with better resolution, better improved hardware and overall specs. It's definitely worth the extra bucks!

This camera has been amazing, especially for action shots. You will need a longer lens however if you plan on taking shots further away. The quality has been perfect both in pictures and videos, easy to edit, and create even more.

I love this camera. The photos it takes are incredible. The menus are a little hard to navigate and a bit clunky. That could be a deal breaker for some but not for me.

Amazing purchase… Most versatile camera I’ve ever used. Only decent in low light. Battery life is quite bad. I also wish that graphs were available on the camera display. I don’t like having to use my phone to monitor light levels. The ability to go from video to photo seamlessly is unparalleled. Great buy.

Excellent camera for beginners and professionals alike. The tilt screen and lens selection make this a go to for any photographers on the move and it is THE BEST we have used for sports/action pictures.

Excellent Camera, I had the Sony Alpha III, but so far, the upgrade is to Alpha IV has been a good move.

Recently upgraded to a Mirrorless camera from a Nikon DSLR body. I continue to enjoy that camera, but am realizing just how much this Sony body and lens can do! It is incredible. I was due for an upgrade, but this takes the cake - and then some. Great in low light (great ISO performance in all conditions), AF is impeccable and can't be beat, controls are top notch and high quality. I have not run into any issues as of yet, nor any annoyances that bother me too much. The only nitpick is that I am still getting used to a full-"live view" camera where the viewfinder and screen are always active and show video - not what many would be familiar with on a DSLR. But I knew that is what I was getting myself into and it is just a new thing to be familiar with. With that said, I am super stoked about this camera and am excited to continue shooting with it! Maybe getting into videography too as the video capabilities here are also astonishing. Keep in mind - Support for these file formats is still growing (especially Sony's RAW format). If you have an older version of Photoshop or Lightroom, or an older computer overall (like myself), you will want to consider getting a new rig or upgrading OS/applications themselves. These files are HEFTY and carry a lot of data - something my 2013 Macbook Pro is having some trouble with.
