Used Item not only open box.

I know the A means better display screen resolution. I've been looking around the the internet trying to find the specific Model:ILCE7RM3A/B model? Anyone know the difference?

The ILCE7RM3A and ILCE7RM3A/B would be the same camera model. The "/B" part of the model name pertains to the color of the camera. On this one, the "/B" stands for black color.
