I bought this camera after having a Canon 6D for about 4 years. I am not disappointed at all about the quality of the Sony a7RII. It is very light compared to any of the Canon models and the image quality is a thousand times better. I am still getting used to the setting menu which I think needs a lot of navigation improvement.

Got this to replace my bulky D750. Perfect size, picture quality is outstanding, auto-focus is extremely fast, and it's wireless connectivity abilities make transferring photos to my phone painless.

Love the high resolution and focusing. And it’s not bulky like a dslr.

Dont be fooled by this “outdated” camera body. DXO mark rates the sensor in this camera higher than its successors. Dont be fooled by the resolution of the sensor either. The a7RiIII is the best value in the R series family. - Tbfotography

My son is the student and just about to return to Boston to start junior year at Massachusetts College of Art & Design. The head of the photography dept sent an email advising of large format digital cameras to be used in photo classes going forward. He included a list of suggested cameras that meet the requirements. This Sony Alpha a7R III appears as top of the line. Other lesser cameras were suggested but we stepped up and purchased the higher end Sony Full-Frame Mirrorless. We found BestBuy carries the highest end of camera equipment and accessories. Also impressed with the "blue shirt" employees in the camera department as all were very knowledgeable and informative as we spent an hour comparing multiple cameras and lenses to conclude at the one, we purchased. Thank You BestBuy and especially the employees at the photo dept at your store location in Nashua, NH !!!

I can’t even begin to talk about how much I love this camera. I came from a canon set up and although canon has the best colors in my opinion, this camera is so crisp and accurate. The focus is laser fast and the camera is very easy to figure out.

Ever since I switched from Cannon to Sony a few years ago, I have appreciated the features and compact design they utilize. This is even more true as they continue to produce their AR seven series for photographers. The three was the perfect upgrade as I didn’t need the extra megapixels of the four, but valued some of the additional benefits of the touchscreen, and the auto focus. It’s still not perfect for auto focusing at night, but I have yet to find a camera that really Does. I highly recommend this for those looking to take professional photos.

This camera has absolutely blown me away. The clarity and dynamic range far exceed my precious canon 6d mark ii. The battery life is also not nearly as bad as I had assumed it would be as a mirrorless camera. I’m very happy with my purchase.

There’s nothing to complain about. It’s an absolute beast at taking pictures and videos.

This camera is a big step up from in both price and technical items from my A6000 and I have a lot to learn but thus far I am extremely satisfied with the ease of use and the picture quality.

Excellent camera. good battery life and worth for the money

This camera is insanely sharp, lightning quick with it's autofocus, and very easy to use. Only critique is that the rear viewing screen could be sharper.
