I can’t say enough good things about this camera. Of course there is the great debate about whether or not the a7iii is as good as the a7r iii. If you are a hobbyist or shooting family and kids, I would recommend buying the a7iii and putting the extra $1000 toward the Sony 70-200 G Master F4 or F2.8. I would also recommend the Tamron 28-75 f2.8 E lens. If you are shooting fast action sports, I would opt for the a9.

Joined Alphashooters with A7Riii. Easy to set up and configure. Mounted 50 mm GM lense and 24mm Tamron lense. Photo's coming out of this camera are gorgeous. Autofocus and image stabilization in this camera is reliable. Speedy burst mode and eye focfus, phase detection are what i needed for my photography. I am happy with sony after exiting FUJIFILM x-t4, A7Riii makes me to shoot more with this camera.

Great upgrade for me. I came from the m43 system and this is a huge upgrade. I got the A7riii because of the mangeable file size, and it’s great for my use case of just candid family photos, travel photography and selling things online. I don’t think I’ll upgrade to a new Sony body considering my current camera uses.

This is the one I wanted compared to the previous generation. Much improved operation at a more realistic speed. Images files are awesome. The new Z100 batteries are much better than the older ones. But they are bigger. Sony managed to keep the camera body small enough. I love it.

It is easy to use. Picture quality is great, though you have to do post processing with Lightroom.

This is no doubt one of the best cameras outhere . At the moment none of the big camera companies like canon or nikon give you all of the features that this camera gives you .Best bang for your buck if you ask around Another great camera is the sony a7iii if you dont need so many megapixels but I want to do landscape fotography so this camera is better suited for my needs

If you combine Sony 7r3 camera with the 70 mm to 200mm lens it's close to impossible to shoot a bad photo. The setup is so good it feels like cheating. Lastly, the cinema quality output is phenomenal! I would recommend this camera to a new photographer / videographer to an advanced photographer / videographer. The camera is amazing and you will make your money back on it for sure if you do it professionally.

I think it has been my best gift of photography. This new Sony camera exceeded my expectations by improving the errors of its predecessor. I recommend that it be purchased at Best Buy because the store offers excellent guidance and advice with its Sony brand experts. The camera increase light sensitivity and maximize its dynamic range, and 10 fps of continuous shooting lets. Amazing!!

I've been a Canon user for several years now but was disappointed with their failure to upgrade sensors and do 4K. Enter the Sony A7R iii. I absolutely love it. It does take some time to adjust to the menus and that absence of a usable touch screen is annoying but their are so many other features that make up for it. I'm in the process of upgrading all of my daily gear to Sony.

Love the camera. I always used Sony cameras. The 42 mega pixels are perfect for me.

Used to landscape photography in Bryce Canyon, did very well.

Just been two weeks but I am happy with the purchase. I got open box-excellent for 1900 and it seemed a great deal for this camera. IBIS is really useful. I haven’t tested the camera much in lowlight. The weather sealing seems to be good. Took it out in long rain (not very heavy though), lots of fog and I faced no issues. Overall great value for money! Awesome for landscapes especially

If you're upgrading from a 6xxx series or some other intro camera the a7riii will take some getting used to. It's bigger, better, more complicated, and has more dials and buttons than the helm of the Enterprise. That being said, once you get the hang of it the pictures are amazing.

Excellent quality for pictures and so light. Loved everything about it.

The MP on this camera is great! The photos come out crystal clear and very easy to use!
