It is very easy to use and it produces excellent photos in all situations, It also produces excellent photos in low light areas. The weight allows for easy maneuverability. Sony continues to make quality equipment that meets and surpasses my needs and is also reasonably priced. Thanks to SONY for such perfection!!!

It is slower than my a9 but the photos are crystal clear. I love the animal tracking software. I am an equine photographer so that was a huge draw for me with this camera. It is much bulkier than the other sony I have and it feels alot heavier

Going from an A6400 to a 7rv, the difference is incredibly. I still love my 6400 don't get wrong but 7rv quality is like no other. Photo was taken in indoor lighting only

Amazing photo and video camera

With it you can make both great photos and great videos. Tried it with different lenses, Sony 24-70 f2.8 GM2, Sony aps-c 70-350mm and Sigma 35mm f1.2, so the last one is a perfect lens for an extreme light video, used s-log3 profile with iso 800 (didn't run lower iso yet) on it and after grading it has no noticeable noise, even without using de-noisers. For photo - it works amazing, check out couple of pictures I've made in the last couple of weeks.

It's an upgrade from my Sony A7Rii. Besides the other enhanced features, I'm really happy about the articulating screen and the in-camera focus stacking feature. I've customized buttons as needed. My lenses are performing better with the 62mp's. The menus are complex but generally follow my previous model and have much better graphics. I downloaded the manual and have referred to it as needed to get it set up the way I like

It lends itself to a wide range of photography, from portraiture and landscape work to wedding and events. Its cropped, slow readout 8K video is the only real weakspot in an otherwise hugely capable camera. I love it

Great Hybrid Camera!

The improved tracking and 4 axis screen is a welcomed upgrade. Having initial issues with the a7iv, I haven't experienced the same headaches with the a7R V. Even though this isn't the ideal sports camera, I've been to take sharp images in indoor basketball games. The 61mp has helped keep sharp images when I crop images. Recording in 4k60 has produced smooth slomo videos compared to my a7iv. The camera is still beyond my abilities and I hope to grow with it.

The photo quality is just amazing and its so hard to state just how incredible the new Autofocus is. Coming from an A7IV, which was already amazing, it was immediately obvious just how much more capable this was. I feel like no matter where you're coming from, all of the upgrades this camera has over any previous model will make you fall in love with it immediately.

A Camera that’s WORTHY and WORTH IT

This camera has so many features that it takes you to the next level. Colors are amazing. You choose what ever pixels are better for the type of work you do. For weddings you can choose 26 megapixels and for special moments you can choose 61 megapixels. There are so many features this camera have that I need would need to keep on writting more but if you got the money buy this camera.

Worth the extra $$ over the a7iv

As a videographer, it's my second shooter. I feel it does pretty well in low-light (perhaps similar to the a7sIII). It's my primary photography camera and the resolution is excellent! Honestly the ability to crop in is fantastic!
