MULTIPLE VISITS TO THE STORE, COUNTLESS NUMBER OF HOURS WITH THE BEST BUY AGENTS ON THE PHONE . AND NO CAN HELP ME . IN LAST 3 MONTHS THE CAMERA STOPPED WOKRIN THRICE AND THEY REFUSE TO EXCHANGE IT .I HAVE A PROTECTION PLAN BUT ITS NOT FOR ANY NUMBER OF REPAIRS . THE CAMERA STOPS WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SHOOTS. YET NO ONE IS ABLE TO HELP ME WITH THIS . I AM SO SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH BEST BUY . I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT AND NOW I AM STUCK WITH IT UNTIL THEY DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO REPLACE IT OR FIX IT AGAIN AND AGIAN AND AGIAN.

Disappointed

Turned it on and it cycled on and off for 30 seconds. Sometimes it would turn on, sometimes not. I was on the phone with Sony troubleshooting and they told me it was defective. I went back to Best Buy and returned the camera. When the camera did turn on, I was able to obtain several photos. I was in aww with the focusing and quality of the photos. I just hope Sony didn’t rush out the camera without quality control. I did order a new one and waiting for it to ship.
