This was a tough decision between getting this or the A7iii but since I’m not a professional and it’s not income source I went with a more versitle family friendly options. Outstanding pics and 4K quality.

Amazing camera. Photos so sharp and high quality! Probably only one thing, internal stabilization is not good as promised and rolling shutter in videos, which is easy to fix with plugins.

This is an upgrade from my a6000 and man it is a beast! Great quality for a little camera. I was debating between this one and the a7ii. Decided forma compact one and fast AF.

Upgraded from the Sony A6300. The menu is much more intuitive than the previous generation. The built-in stabilization seems to help a lot more when using non oss lenses.

Overall it is an excellent camera. 4k is the real reason to get it. If you like adapting vintage lenses then the in body stabilization will take you game to the next level.

Probably the best crop sensor mirrorless camera out there. However it's not perfect. Stabilization is okay but not on the same level as a GoPro hero 6 or pixel . Then again it's not cropping the image. The UI is much better then previous models. But still can be better designed and much faster. Witless transfer is great to have but drastically needs an update.

For the price and size the a6500 is an amazing and powerful camera. The video quality, image stabilization and photos are excellent.

Came from the Canon family and so far Im a FAN! 1080 120FPS! love it! Glad I picked this over the A6300 :) Bye Canon, never looking back!

Honestly, the a6500 is a good mirrorless camera. The things that could of been better to me is the display screen being able to pull out to its side and turn 180 to 360 degrees to take selfies. The other is the touch screen could of been a full function touch screen than a partial one. Other than those two things I am still content with it.

Still my favorite camera to carry around . The photos you can take with this exceed some full frame cameras I have.

The in body image stabilization makes for awesome video.

Great camera, shutter speed enables you to get great pictures and also the quality is phenomenal. I would highly suggest this camera.

This is the first mirrorless camera i have and I can say that i got the best. I love that it comes with in body image stabilization!

Other than the battery life this camera is amazing. It also connects very easily to the smartphone app for remote photos and picture transfer.

I really like the lightness and quality of this camera. Wish it had come with a separate chargers for spare battery

It makes taking my portrait shots extremely easy with the updated eye auto focus and works extremely well in all my other shoots.

I did not get to keep the A 6500 as long as I would have liked. I did own the A6000 a couple years ago and really liked it so I tried the A6500. Much improved I thought. Better built, more customizing buttons, faster lager buffer, more focus points. All in all just a big upgrade.
