Overall good light weight full frame camera but low battery capacity. Also LCD display is not crisp under direct day light.

Great full frame camera which means you can shoot at low light with no flash. It is also light enough to carry around for a trip, much lighter and smaller than SLR. Only handicap is lack of flash, which makes shooting face with a bright background difficult. Overall great buy for the money

I am very happy with the Sony A7 Full Frame camera! It's more on the semi pro side but there is lots of learning material on the website and YouTube. It is awesome for low light and is mirrorless. Great buy for my little hands too!

This camera was just what I was looking for full frame light weight and compact.

The camera has excellent specifications and very competitive price. The outfit includes good lens, which render quality image. The size is perfect for travel photography. Sony have introduced several high quality lenses for A7 series camera

The A7 is a fun camera to use and does way more than an amateur like me will probably ever do. The full frame capability raises the bar and enables really interesting lenses to be used, though not inexpensive lens. My level of photography does not require use of the A7R or A7S models and does what it does at an affordable level.

I have been shooting with Canons for over 10 years, but this camera at less than $1000 is comparable, and slightly better than my 6D. I don't know what Sony did, but its pictures are phenomenal. If you don't have to shoot 4k video, save yourself $2000 and buy this model vs. the mk ii or mk iii.

This camera is a terrific upgrade to our old mirrorless digital camera. We bought this camera to focus on outdoor portraits and allow us to do more photo editing with raw photos. The quality is terrific and the camera itself is very well built. Would recommend it to anyone.

Upgrade from NEX 3 which was good but this is a great camera for an amateur or pro. Really helps cover up your mistakes with outstanding pictures and adjustment. The other new lens make this work even better.

Does what I need to do when I need to do it. I do video and photography get a 50mm prime lens and your good to go. Quality camera.

I'm an amateur photographer and I'd highly recommend this camera to anyone. Has interchangeable lenses and many more accessories, they're is newer versions of the Sony a7 but the features and image quality remain very similar for a better bargain.

Just bought the Rocky Nook book The Sony a7 and a7R, because this camera has a learning curve for me, but I am already taking GREAT pictures - Love it!

I absolutely adored this camera for the short time I had it. If you need portability or compatibility with vintage lenses, this camera is absolutely gorgeous. I sold it and purchased a 6d as the better battery life was a deal breaker for me, but simple people may not mind.

I did a lot of research before buying this camera and I am glad it paid off as this is absolutely an excellent camera in the full frame range for the price.

Everything about the camera works perfectly, we started using it in the automatic mode and now we are beginning to use the other modes and the quality of the pictures are excellent.

My Sony A7 and the 28-70mm lens is the camera system I've been waiting for. It is light and easy to carry, yet is a full frame powerful system. Love it!
