    Great Camera if switching to Mirrorless Type

    Used DSLRs for many years and switched to the SONY system after much research. I have used this camera for landscape and street photography and must say the images are incredible. There is a learning curve which can be quickly mastered, many options to customize settings which really makes it easy when setting up shots. I would recommend the SONY system as an easy transition into the Mirrorless platform.

    great camera not too heavy but solid almost went with the Canon 90D which is very bulky and very heavy and is discontinued I'm glad i didn't ....very easy to use ..i love it

    I’m very new to photography and this was my first camera. I did some research on all types of cameras and I ended up going with the A7III. So far it’s been amazing! I use it mainly for travel, portraits and street photography and it exceeded my expectations! I would also say it’s a great beginner camera! Very pleased with my purchase.

    This camera is phenomenal for the money. It’s able to easily compete with Sony’s more expensive full-frame cameras. The dynamic range is incredible it blows you away at how much detail you can bring back in the shadows and highlights when shooting raw uncompressed. Autofocus is fast and good. Battery life is WAY better then their previous Sony models. This camera is great for photography and videography.

    Wife loves this thing. Has some learning curve to battle through coming from a Nikon but the footage and pics are very high quality and basically 4k/HD movie quality scene on tv

    Long time Canon user here and decided to switch things up a little. I'd been looking to go mirrorless for a while now but couldn't decide on Sony or to go with the Fujifilm XT-3 cropped sensor. After much review and comparison an stuck with my gut and stayed in the full frame category. I prefer to have true 1:1 lens ratios instead of cropped. While the lens that comes in the kit will be adequate for most, I will be upgrading to a better zoom with a 2.8 for those better shallow depth of field that the 3.5 just cant get. As far s the interface. I wish there was more touch screen capabilities other than the focusing aspects. The menu options like many other reviews have said feel a bit clunky but once you get your settings dialed in, you shouldn't have any problems. I really like the overall compactness of the camera and the quality of images I have gotten so far. I'm still playing around with it and getting used to the interface, overall I'm really impressed.

    Have been hesitant about upgrading my camera and finally decided to upgrade from the a6000 to a7 III. Definitely glad I did especially after trying out the camera on a recent vacation. It’s a pricey upgrade but I know this camera will keep up for awhile. Overall, it’s an awesome camera with 4K video, fast auto-focus, and other features.
