    Purchased 2 of these to update streaming options from older devices. No Apple TV and no Disney+, has Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Software occasionally hangs up with powering up the device of shutting it down. Annoying! Kinda a hassle to get it to connect via bluetooth to devices for private listening. Sony isn't what it used to be!

    I have had this for almost a year... actually just shy of one week to be a full year. Based upon past DVD/BluRay players, I opted for the extra maintenance plan on this one. It is working so well that I bet and hope I won't need it. Not a waste of money though, the innards are fragile on all these cheap plastic products made nowadays.

    The sales associate seemed to be waiting just for us. He was very courteous and technologically knowledgeable. He assisted with obtaining additional needed equipment for proper installation of the tuner/receiver. Helpful with obtaining BestBuy credit card for rewards.
