Based upon past DVD/BluRay players, I opted for the extra maintenance plan on this one. It is working so well that I bet and hope I won't need it. Not a waste of money though, the innards are fragile on all these cheap plastic products made nowadays.

No Apple TV and no Disney+, has Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Software occasionally hangs up with powering up the device of shutting it down. Annoying! Kinda a hassle to get it to connect via bluetooth to devices for private listening. Sony isn't what it used to be!

Netflix and other streaming services would pause or lose connection. This particular product has an ethernet connection and it works perfectly.
