Not reliable!

It was performing well until I recently started noticing that sometimes the player starts suddenly shutting down and has no reaction to any key whatsoever. In order to turn it back on you have to unplug and plug back in. In general it performs well though except one blu ray. It failed to load Forrest Gump Sapphire Edition. It has been showing the loading progress symbol until I just got tired of waiting and put the blu ray aside. Pitty the item is no longer returnable. There is a chance that it is just my player defected.
