We enjoy the Smart features access, and really only have problems with downloading Netflix . . . And before you ask or assume, yes we are connected to the fiber optic service through epbfi. Fastest fiber connection in the US. If the player could have figured out how to speed up Netflix's downloads [streaming], it would have 5 stars.

The added apps it offers is a great way to expand watch options on older tvs with out the need to replace an existing tv that still works.
