Possibly due to dust or some sort of debris on the eye? It is basically brand new and so are the blu-rays so i feel like we shouldnt have any issues. I have also cleaned the room several times since we have bought it so dust shouldnt be an issue.

The setup is fairly simple and the wifi connection has been very stable. The setup and use screens are simple and not overly crowded. I like the quality of the output, very crisp and clear and no noticeable lagging. Sound output is excellent. Upgrading seems to be easy to follow and complete for the firmware. Great value if you don't have or need a 4K player.
