Ok for the price

Does have trouble loading multiple YouTube videos. Reaches a point where it says not enough memory then shuts off. Not sure if it’s a blue ray issue or internet.

Need to purchase a 4K HDMI as well for optimal sound quality. Had a hard time getting rid of the descriptive voice for the blind. Couldn't figure out if it was the TV or DVD player. My son finally figured it out.It was as setting on the DVD player. What a pain.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This plays some really good video quality however the reason for my lower star rating is for the lackluster performance of the machine itself. An unresponsive power button, an unresponsive eject button. They work they just take a really long time to "do their thing". And why does the machine need to lock itself after 20 minutes of inactivity? Next is the excess of menu options, but I am not taking away any points for that in and of itself, since that is what I bought it for:options. All in one place though? It just looks like a mash up when all I really want to do is watch the disk I just put in. The full GUI experience could be broken down a bit. Finally what I do have a gripe with is the fact it takes FOREVER to navigate from menu to menu within the movie. I mean there are probably 5-10 second lags between chapters etc. where the screen just goes blank. It is slower than my 15 year old DVD player by a mile. Overall not a bad DVD/Blu-Ray player, however its level of performance mechanically is something I would expect of a machine half its price-even on sale. You are paying extra for the video quality upscale here and you get NOTHING in terms of ergonomics.
