It started out working flawlessly but now in the past couple of weeks, about 50% of the time it freezes when we try to launch any app. We have to hard boot it and start all over again. Sometimes we have to unplug the unit and restart it. Yes, it is current on all updates. Not really sure I'd choose to buy this again.

Does have trouble loading multiple YouTube videos. Reaches a point where it says not enough memory then shuts off. Not sure if it’s a blue ray issue or internet.
