This is incorrect. I had an older model that was working just fine but I wanted Disney Plus and bought this new model to get it. Now I will have to go to another device. I feel like I wasted money here.

Great player when it works

Disappointing because the picture is lovely and sharp. I would also prefer to have a player that shows time elapsed of the movie on the front panel.
