We purchased this after returning the LG model. My husband loves it because of the bluetooth option. He can now go to sleep without me playing the tv to loud. I can put it on a bluetooth speaker and listen to what I want in the kitchen. :)

This is the second Sony Blu-ray player I own. This one has a fast operating system and an easy to use interface. Paired with a 4k TV and the upscaling proves to make the video quality truly excellent.

We are very happy with our blue ray dvd player and the assistance of the sales staff.

Great player with some apps on it. Would be better if you could down load apps your self instead of just the ones pre-loaded

I would not recommend for streaming. I end up with mediocre video quality which is nowhere near being high definition. I believe the playstation has way better video streaming online. Very dissapointing. As for regular blu ray movies the blu ray player delivers.

Not great. Great picture and all, but looses the Internet connection 3 out of 5 times. Annoying, but I Only Use it for my projection unit for a 125” experience. Works great for that with Bluetooth and upgrade on da video!

I bought this to go with my Sony 65" TV and Sony Sound Bar and they all go together very well. When you turn on the DVD play, the TV automatically switches over to DVD port an when you turn it off, it switches bak over to the TV mode. No playing with imputs!

Although we really don’t watch as many dvd’s as much right now since everything is online but I still have a couple and not only is this a Dvd player it’s actually more it even has Netflix and more on it

The DVD player works ok. Sometimes the DVD door is slow to respond but eventually opens after enough tries. The streaming function is just ok as well. The in app controls are not great but the video is clear and plays well.

Nice features but you can clearly hear the disc spinning.

Very easy way to make your TV a smart TV! I can now easily stream other services.

I bought this just needing a regular bluray player. its very capable of what I needed it to do and the streaming apps are good as well. only thing is that I wish sony would put a bit more style into their product line. it's basically just a rectangular box.

Works great. It even has apps to access things like Netflix. It also works for 3D.

Took the player out of the box, put the batteries in the remote, plugged the HDMI cable ( not provided ) into the player and the smart tv and in minutes was watching my new "Doc Martin" discs.

I love Best Buy. You can set so many beautiful things.

Really good Blu Ray player. I realized the PS5 disc player does not play 3D Blu Rays so I bought this to play them. I really like the option for a simulated 2D to 3D conversion which works pretty good!

3D players are becoming hard to find and this model is one of the last new players I could find. The player works great, 3D is awesome but the streaming hub seems a little outdated. Missing major apps like Sling and Disney+.

This is a god Blu-ray at a reasonable price Plug it in and it works. I can only give 4 stars because I've had issues with units getting stuck closed and repair costs as much as the player.

Excellent Blu-Ray Player. I have had Sony Players as they continue to evolve over the years; and trust their product. This one meets all expectations. Especially like the quick power-up feature. Nice and compact in design. Good product for its price.

I have had issues with the streaming in this player since I got it. The first thing was the remote quite working. Per the website, I removed the batteries, pushed each button twice, and put in new batteries to get it working again. It drops the WI-FI connection consistently and I have to put in the information again, it also freezes mid-movie and I have to pull the plug out of the wall. The disc playing is fine. I will probably return this player and get a better one. My previous player, a Samsung, had no issues like this.
