First one we bought shut off randomly. That was annoying. Exchanged it. Second one has been working great. I love it. But do recommend the extended warranty.

This player replaces previous Sony model that was damaged due to loss of house electricity. I use the Netflix and Amazon Prime apps mostly. I added 4 yr warrantee and plugged the unit into my UPS this time! Really like it!

Unit works well as a DVD player but the internet hookup is finicky (i.e. playing programs on Netflix, Amazon, etc.) I go through the whole internet setup process with the Router password, etc, etc and the unit works fine for a few times and then requires the setup all over again. I have given up using the unit and have started connecting my laptop to the TV using an HDMI cable and hooking into internet services that way.

Bought this specifically for playing movies through a small outdoor projector and because it has built in bluetooth audio. Paired this with two WonderBoom outdoor speakers and it works perfectly.

The DVD Sony was easy to set up and I watched 3D and Blue Ray movies had no problem. Some people say they have problems with the door but I didn’t. Would buy again if o needed another one.

I bought this because of the bluetooth capability for the television in the basement. It paired easily with my speaker and it is very similar to another DVD player we have.

We are very happy with our blue ray dvd player and the assistance of the sales staff.

Love this DVD player. Set up with our surround sound system in the house. We love watch our great Rock and Roll concerts DVD's that we have.

I was a little apprehensive after reading the not so great reviews, but I bought it anyway. The remote buttons are just fine, I love the Bluetooth and Netflix shortcuts, set up was really easy and fast blueray works fine. All by all not a bad buy for the price

So far so good the product is a little bit on the light side weight Wise when you go to push buttons if you're doing that it wants to slide around other than that it works great

Just what I needed to play several of my CDs. Although they are not BluRay discs, they wouldn't play on my CD player. Now I can do a James Bond binge!!!

I got this when I purchased a tv and I’m so glad I did! The other DVD players were a little too pricey for me but when I saw this it was so perfect! Now I can watch my movies whenever :)

Works great. It even has apps to access things like Netflix. It also works for 3D.

Absolutely love this BluRay player! its small and sexy, unbelievably silent and efficient. The bluetooth function on it works flawlessly, and the 3D upgrade is not too shabby at all. Couldn't be happier with this model.

The description of this was misleading as I thought I was buying a 4K UHD blu-ray. When I discovered it was not, it was too late to return. The Blu-ray player plays fine, but I am annoyed at the way Best Buy described it.

It works perfect, I really like it and the system can expand to do I what would like to do do in the future such as 4K UHD, Blu-Ray, ect. I am very pleased with the result of the system and abilty to upgrade. I like it.

The player has now problems with DVDs and blu ray discks. I changes my disks out a lot though out one night and had no problems so far. I have not tryed a 4K disk yet. and I have not hooked up the internet yet.
