It’s a good drive. I just wish it had audio output ports to connect to a stereo or home theater system

This Doctor Who three disc affair certainly does not disappoint. great extras and three different formats for viewing the story, Recommended for long-time fans of the series.

The device worked good, using it to get Antenna channels was ok. And Internet was good.

Sony products are somewhat kludgy these days but this seems to work ok so far. The PlayStation Video feature is a must have if you've bought movies you want to watch again. Other than that, it's interface is terribly slow and in need of updating.

I needed a replacement for my aging unsupported 3D BluRay player. This was under budget, plays all the 3D BluRay's and DVD's my old one didn't support and it will continue to receive update support for a long time. Just what I needed!

this unit has a usb input on the front and a random shuffle option or I would not have bothered. there are no analog audio outs unfortunately. big mistake I think but then the competition doesn't seem to have them either.

Works great on my old DVDs, and on new BluRay TV series. Easy setup, love the Bluetooth.

I had to buy a replacement for this same Bluray player that I had used forever. This does make a little noise when it is playing, however it might be because where I have it placed.

Works exactly as expected. Needed a blu ray to play English and Japanese blu ray dvds

Works good so far. Note this unit does NOT play 4K disks. Wish it had access to Hulu as it does with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Must be some type of licensing thing between Sony and Hulu....?

A great addition to our recent upgraded audio/video system. Video looks awesome on our new OLED LG big screen.

I waa disappointed to find out that this player is not a 4k player. Even though its advertised as such. Its great for streaming though.

I love this player! The setup was a breeze. It is easy to use. All I have to do is turn it on and it automatically adjusts the input on my TV so I don't have to do a thing but click on what I want to see: Netflx, Hulu, Amazon etc.

After few years buying S#m%ung players from dvr to blue rays, it always goes bad after exactly 18 months. It is like they engineer their product to fail. That's why now I will only purchase sony quality and workmanship is superb.

Great video image for the money when correct HDMI cable is used. I have owned Sony products since 2002 - always have had great experience in ownership.

Nice features but you can clearly hear the disc spinning.

Great bluray player, not sure if I see any real difference in upscaling or if it is just the TV quality. Streaming was ok but not as easy as Fire Stick or just using the smart TV

I love Best Buy. You can set so many beautiful things.

We needed a new DVD player because ours pretty much died. This new one is so much faster and has apps that we were looking for. The sales rep at best buy was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions with confidence.

Always liked Sony products. Don't use it much but it does the job. I wish Sony offered a remote this size for their TV's
