Will not play ultra Hd disc. Everything else very simple and easy to set up and navigate.

If you dont have a 4K TV this is a pretty good built in Wifi Blu-ray for the money. But its not for long term use

This is a great Blu-Ray player that also has all the "smart" technology you would expect with a smart tv, so if you have something that is just a screen, like one of the Vizio screens, this player is for you.

Bought this for my parents when their old samsung blu ray player stopped supporting Hulu - no complaints! Has a standby mode so that you can activate it quickly and apps work fast!

I wanted just a simple Blu Ray player but paid a little more for the features this has. Works just fine so far and Sony is a well regarded brand. No problems.

has good picture quality but it seems to be slow when transferring to DVD, streaming,ect causing it to have to be reset or shut off.

This is a great product! It's very similar to the one I replaced, but newer in the product line. I just wish I could upload and watch Peacock content on it.

Lookin at the size and the price of this device , it’s fast and smart . I use the apps on the device to watch movies on Netflix and works really well also with my Epson 5040 because it’s 4k upscale .

I really can't say how this product works, because I bought it as an open box product. It was listed as excellent condition, which means it's supposed to have the original parts and accessories, or adequate replacement. Mine came missing a REMOTE AND POWER SUPPLY. After driving over an hour in traffic to pick this thing up, I had to spend another half hour RETURNING it. It cost close to 5 bucks in gas, and I used my Best Buy $10 credit (which I won't get back), so that's 15 bucks I'm out. So much for using my local Big Box store, rather than buying online. This is the LAST open box I'll ever buy at Best Buy. The last open box item I bought was a 65" LG OLED TV, and it came without a remote and the stand they packaged with it, was the WRONG one. The TV died 2 years later. It should have been "once burned, twice shy", but I needed to be burned TWICE before I learned my lesson. Unfortunately I have to assign this item a single star, because I was never able to actually try it out. I'll also have to say "no" for the recommendation, because I can't really say yes without being able to PLAY it. Which is sad, because it's probably a decent player. I may still purchase it, it with just have to be from some other place.
