Selling returns as new!

They provide virtually no customer service and try to ignore their warranty. However, these days there is no choice. I bought this player after returning a Sony that had no audio. This one turned out to be a very obvious return. Best Buy is being very deceptive by selling such units as new. Aside from the obvious issues of buying something that has been in someone else’s home, other unknowns are there. I am disgusted and very unhappy with Best Buy.
