    This is the best Blu-Ray player for the price to turn your non-smart TV into a PhD Mensa-qualified brain! Don't watch many DVDs anymore, but stream all the time and this platform is excellent for that.

    The last blue ray player was fried when placed on top of another box. This one we placed directly on the shelf and it's working much better.

    Looks a little ancient but good. Looks like Sony used the old DVD system and converted them into Blueray player
