Excellent product as everything I buy from Best Buy

This is a decent DVD player, especially for the price. Had some issues with WiFi connectivity initially, but is working fine now.

Got this DVD player to make my not so smart TV into a smart one. Haven’t had any issues since purchasing it.

Got this as a replacement for my Samsung which was not reading any of the blu-ray disc. This DVD player works great and has great quality.

Well equipped Blu-ray player but has a little bit of an issue with the (proprietary?) communication with the tv. Works okay though.

Just what we needed and Zel already knew when he got here we needed it. Great people

The second time I used it I had issues opening the DVD tray both manually and with the remote. Once it opened I haven't had any more problems.

We upgraded our player when we upgraded our tv and this one works great! No issues and a super easy setup!

This replaced a BDP 6500. A bit more modern UI. Froze up once ( can't seem to find a player that doesn't) but overall satisfied for the $$$.

This is a decent player. No issues with it. Small foot print. Works as intended with no issues.

Good for the price. Setup went ok, except when syncing with my soundbar. Getting the volume set didn't go well.

Great cheaper option for blu ray dvds, especially if this is not your main player.

This thing is a glitchy nightmare. When it works, it’s great, as for the rest of the time, it just starts behaving erratically. I’ll be using YouTube & it’ll just restart in the middle of the video. Sometimes for no reason at all, the screen will go black & none of the buttons will work through Bravia Sync or otherwise. Netflix has frozen for no apparent reason despite all devices in my house being able to play Netflix at that same moment on the same WiFi network. YouTube has this thing where there is a lag in playback of the video with the audio & for a moment it tries to catch up the video with the audio by doing this weird fast forwarding of the video. If your trying to watch a live stream through YouTube, it’ll play less than a minute & then get stock on “loading”. Some of the symptoms like the YouTube fast forwarding is almost all of the time, the rest of the symptoms happen in between 1-2 months & the only thing that fixes it is a factory hard reset. I really like Sony but I wish they could fix these problems.
