Great while it worked

I unplugged it and plugged it back into an outlet and it came back to life, for a couple of weeks, then dead again! Contacted Sony who had me do a factory reset. I did, it worked for a few weeks and now back to the same problem, the lights are on but nothing works! Contacted Sony again and I have the same problem with them, the lights are on but nobody is home!
