Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.very disappointing device, have bought Sony BD players for years, this will be my last one; streaming is glitchy, cuts out frequently - comes up with "insufficient memory" message when watching Prime video - I mean Sony come on you can do better than this. which requires unplugging the power, reset and then it works again - REALLY! i have other devices in the same location without these problems, so it's not my internet connection or wifi upsaceling works very well - good quality images

Nice Blu-ray Player
