Great DVD player that connects easily to internet and you can stream content. The upconversion feature is ok. It makes the picture a little better.

This is a decent Blu Ray player. It was reasonably priced. I like that it has additional apps that I can watch free movies on besides the DVDs.

It and the BDPBX370 both have a clonking sound that often can be heard while playing the DVD. it is either a poor design or cheap parts. Dose not effect the video.

Piece of crap. Overheating (seriously hot around power inputs), ignoring touch and remote commands, all starting about two weeks after receipt. Tried working with it, and missed my return window by a few days. I just tossed $100+ into the trash can. Well, tossed the player, and put $100+ into Best Buy's pockets--for nothing. Last time purchasing online from Best Buy.

I am so glad I got this blu ray. I did a bit of research and this was the best for price and function. It does everthing I wanted it to do.

Thought this would be a better match with a 4K tv having the upscaling feature, I could tell zero difference in the picture with this and the 3700 model that did not upscale.

This was a gift for my son for Christmas and I honestly can’t tell a difference between this upscaling 4K player and my Samsung 4K player.

Very cheaply made compared to Sony’s of the past. I’m totally considering returning it. I take more issue with the new end user agreement. It says that I have to give Sony and 3rd parties unlimited access to my information, data, all products attached to the BluRay, and authorize them to control the devices. That sounds like efforts to legally do what they were fined for in 2015.

Nice item that takes up very little space in my media area

Cant beat it for the price as more of these seem to be obsolete.

I don't like it. The remote control doesn't always work especially when you first start to play your disc. you have to keep pressing the buttons to get it to work. I was set another remote control and I have the same problem. once you get your disc to play the remote will work. and when you turn off the blu ray player the problem starts again. i would not buy this

Bought this to replace a Samsung player. It works well. Only real complaint is that the remote only seems to work on Sony televisions.

Nice DVD player. But don't have Geek Squad install as it was only plugged into the TV and not programmed. Do the programing yourself and save money.

I have an upscale, a standard blueray and a 4k player. Im gona say the upscaler is a waste of money.Makes everything look different and not necessarily better. Buy the blueray or buy the real 4k playr.

4K media are all the rage, so a 4k unit by Sony will match perfectly, in your home.

Great machine. The streaming mode has a bit of a delayed response from the remote. I would have liked more apps or the ability to add or download more.

Blu ray player occasionally freezes when streaming movies. You have to unplug the player and wait a minute and plug it back in and power it back up. Doesn't happen very often but still annoying.

Maybe it is common with Blu-Ray players but the DVDs that I've played are sometimes very dark. This seems to vary from disk to disk.
