Whenever I have an issue I need to unplug it and then plug it back in and then I need to reprogram my wifi password for Amazon Prime and any other app but not for Netflix? Yesterday it would not let me go back to the main menu through the remote and just kept playing the Prime stream. I'm going to take it back. This is my second Sony, I had problems with the first but figured it was just old so I upgraded and studied reviews and this model got good marks. Maybe I just got a lemon.
