It may cost close to a cheaper 4 K UHD Blu-Ray Player and may be the top result when simply searching for "4 K UHD Blu-Ray Player" on this website, but somehow, miraculously, it isn't one. By far, it's one of the most infuriating purchases I've ever made. A PS3 can play DVDs better than this piece of garbage.

At first it worked just fine. A couple of months ago it wouldn't turn on, I had to unplug and reset. Now it doesn't work even when I unplug and reset. I will contact Sony for help. I am not impressed with this product.

It did this 3 times within a few hours so it's time to box it back up and return it. I bought this to replace a different defective Sony blu ray player. I guess it's time to check out Samsung or LG.

I thought spending a little more money would get an even better product..nope. It freezes up all the time! We have to unplug it just to get it to work. The wi-fi also often times doesn't connect and we have to go thru the set-up process again! So disappointed.

Adequate Blu-Ray Player

If you want any streaming access besides the main ones, this is not the unit for you. If you want quick and smooth transitions...this unit is not for you. Spend a few more $$ and get a better one.

I hit power and often times it does not respond. Same with some of the other functions. Replaced batteries, but no change. I don't think I could honestly recommend this unit.
