Right out the box 1st movie started to freeze and had to unplug to restart. Same with 2nd movie all new movies I purchased when I purchased my new player.If I wanted to do that I would of kept my old one. Good thing I did cause I'm returning it today. All my A/V is Sony. I may now have to change brands.

While testing it and teaching them how to use it, the device locked up and required un-plugging the system and plugging it back in. As this was the only one to be found,I didn't take it back right away. They continued to have lock-up issues and I ended up returning the player a couple weeks later. Very disappointed.

I was very excited to be able to play Netflix directly from this device, big disappointment, the picture was very clear but it got stuck and would not respond to any commands. I tried to turn it off manually and nothing happened. I had to unplugged it in order to get it to work again. This happened multiple times.
