Difficult to set up

I can home and set up and got the same apps I already had. Exchanged for a Roku. Which my daughter looked up online. When I took this item back I got a Roku and have been quite pleased! Plus it was cheaper. The employees of Best Buy could have saved my time had they known.

Second DVD player, Blu-ray player did not work

Spent 20 minutes with Sony and they cannot figure it out. Had to return it.

Failure to respond to either manual or remote operations caused me to return it. Tremendously surprised at SONY product, from the somewhat onerous operating format to the systemic failure of operation.
