Item defective

Sony bdp s3700Not worth the money

I had to constantly hard reset it to make it work again. It has been 2 years now and it finally died. If you are looking for a decent bluray player, do not buy Sony bdp s3700.

Not what we wanted

Had to return and buy what we needed which made us lose our 10% on purchase because we couldn't get back to the store in time to make the change

If you're in a bind and MUST buy this, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, buy the $19.00 protection plan. You'll thank me later. The next level up in terms of quality is not affordable for me, otherwise I wouldn't own this.

No HDMI Cable included

Instead i had to go out and spend extra money on an HDMI cable, when it should've just came in the freaking box.
