Is this normal,should I return it for a different one? When it works ,it works very well.

So as of now I can't use it. Should have just paid the extra $20 for a brand new one. I assumed that since it was certified, it would be fine.

Fortualy my son wanted it...but it does not play TRUE 4K MOVIES. It was sold to me saying it would play the movie I had in hand. They are only trying to sell sell sell. Do your homework !!!!!!!!

Last weekend went to watch a movie and it doesn’t work. It stays powered on and won’t shut off. Less than a month old!!

I’ve had tv’s go bad, vcr’s, car stereos and now a smart DVD player. All within a year or 2 of the warranty expiring. To say that I’m not happy is an understatement.

A hard pass

Bought this for the smart apps but around the same time I bought Amazon and Hulu pulled out from Sony products, so this was as good as dead to me. Had to return it

Like buying a TV which only shows one network. Scam product - dont buy !
