Very poor service I week later still not credit to my Credit Card Waited 25 Minutes Manager too busy to get involved

This is so slow and barely works for streaming. Would not recommend. Highly dissatisfied

Went through 2 Samsung Blu-rays that both broke, then switched to Sony...same thing after 3 years. This is despite infrequent use.

Makes no difference from regular DVD/bluray. Don't waste your money. Returned it immediately.

This blue ray player is the most frustrating ever! Every single time we turn it off we either have to log back into the internet or I have to unplug it to make it work again. It’s awful. Stay away from this model!

I cannot open the dvd player, would like to watch movies does not eject for me to watch a movie, maybe there is a trick to opening it, otherwise i would like to return for one that works

The upscaling is the thing as everything I have played looks better: Blu Ray DVD’s, DVD movies, and it will play and upscale .mp4’s and many other formats burned to CD, DVD, DVD Dual Layer, and from the USB. (My TV is a Sony 4K and has a setting to “enhance” data sent through the HDMI connection from the BDP-S6700.) (Playing .mp4’s was my hot button as I have “captured” many home movies, weddings, reunions and ball games originally recorded to VHS tapes. They are still in 4X3 aspect but the difference in clarity is noticeable making them enjoyable instead of barely watchable!) If you need a 4K player, get the UBPX700. Otherwise the BDP-S6700 will do everything else and is a deal at $99.99

This is the worst Blu-Ray player I have owned. It freezes and the only way to get it to unfreeze is to unplug it. I wish it was still returnable. Waste of $90.

Does not do factory reset and broke after only one year

Only worked for a couple of weeks. Freezes up. Unplugging, replugging all cables sometimes helps. Because of danger of COVID, I have not taken it back to the store yet.

Purchased this because it was supposed to play 4k movies, but it wouldn't play them.

I have to unplug and plug it back everytime I need to use this product. It works for few minutes and then it stops. Real waste of money.

Stopped working 3 months after the return period. Also had no ability to update the system to add Amazon Prime for viewing

I bought this blue ray player to replace my worn out Wii I had been using in my bedroom for streaming Netflix and Amazon. First, it took me all of 10 minutes to set it up, connect with wifi and complete an update. I never had to look at the directions - you just attach to your tv with an HDMI cable (not included) and plug in the power adapter. Second, the picture! Super sharp clarity! I didn't know my old Sylvania tv was capable of such a fantastic picture! DVD, Amazon and Netflix all work great. I've been playing around with it for a few hours and so far I'm very impressed. Awesome value and very easy to use. I like that the remote has a Netflix button, which will make it easy for the kids to turn on. I love it!

It was mostly non-functional on arrival, requiring several reboots to work for a few seconds.

I returned my first one because my blu-ray got stuck inside and would not come out. I thought maybe defective so I got another hoping for a better outcome. NO SUCH LUCK! the 2nd one did the same thing.

Pretty laggy and stopped reading the discs within about 4 months of having it. Do not recommend.

No audio after 6 months and sent to repairing center and they changed some parts and finally after a week in the repairing the problem not solved, don't buy it
