Good . But Start and shut off issue
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Blue ray player does everything very good.except for one issue and that's when I hit the remote at times to shut it off or turn it on it wont do it at times. I did do the latest update when it asked when I hooked it up.

I was looking for a compact unit that wouldn't take up much space on our bedroom dresser that would also play Netflix and this is PERFECT. The size is one of the smallest I found, the interface is easy to use making the unit easy to setup and it plays Netflix perfectly. This was a challenge as we had issues with an LG unit we purchased and had to return. An added bonus is the remote has a Netflix button which, when pressed, goes straight to Netflix and will even turn on the player AND my tv. This was not an advertised feature so it was a surprise and warrants the 5 star review. I bought as an open box item from Best Buy and had great customer service.

The picture quality is great, and it's more compact than precious models. We've been happy with the previous iterations of these players, and this one looks great as well.

My husband installed it and didn’t even realize it had been returned at some point. Trustworthy store for electronics so far.

not for 4k ultra hd movies

It only upscales blu-rays and dvds, does not play ultra HD discs which was the reason I bought this in the first place. Too late to exchange now!
