Great, but setup was not plug and play for me

I tried a (cheaper) digital coaxial to RCA connector adaptor but the sound was like a motor boat. I decided to use the bluetooth option for audio. In order to do so I had to download the Bluetooth Audio Receiver app from Microsoft onto my Windows 10 computer. I had to use the player setup menu to select the windows 10 computer to pair. And select the player in the app and connect. I occasionally get a popping in the audio but I am not sure if it is coming from the player, or some interference from some other electronics. Enjoying 3D movies

I like that it’s Bluetooth compatible and that you can link your wifi to it. Needed this for my educational dvd’s for my study and the remote is easy to use and the button layout is simple.

Bought for my daughters little home theater

So we up graded our home theater to 4k. Then replaced the old bdp-s6700 and gave it to my daughter. The old one worked well for a few years so i thought that I would buy another one. My daughter loves watching movies on it with her surround sound system that i had set up for her. She's happy. I'm happy.

It's a Sony
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Almost every Blu-ray I've had (more than 7-- in 3 different rooms) has been a Sony. Works good. The only reason I've had to replace them is software changes (YouTube app aging out of support). We stream Amazon, Netflix and YouTube. The remotes all seem interchangeable. Will buy again.

Solid Player

The device is small, quiet, and fairly quick to load discs. The software is not obnoxious (as compared to competitors). The remote is small but has a nice layout. The player works fine with my universal remote.
