Bought this item to replace my Samsung player, that stopped working. The Sony player works great. It is simple to use, and was a snap to setup. Sony has a great reputation, and this player supports that. Pictures using the blue-ray discs are very clear and show great detail. I'm very happy with this product

I purchased the Sony Blu-ray player on sale. 2020 Black Friday weekend. Great price. The Sony was a gift for my granddaughter, she is 4 and enjoys watching elf on the shelf and exercising to a kids workout dvd. Everything is great so far,

Bought this player because of the outstanding reviews regarding upscaling of blu ray to near 4K quality, and 3D. Make sure however you have the smaller size USB port!

I’m sure it will be a five star rating. It came without a cord, who knew? So, it’s been sitting in the box.

Very good picture; easy to use controller. I'm very satisfied. But I was pleased with the extras: Netflix built in, plus bluetooth to broadcast to devices. Good deal for the price.

The higher price than some tvs delivers a better product. Better picture, better sound. We use antenna and streaming; no cable or dish bill. This gave us several more channels than our previous Sony 4k tv, also a great tv but 3 years old. It got moved to another room.

Bought as a replacement DVD player. The picture is amazing! It makes our older TV look so much better than the picture from the cable box . DVD’s, You Tube, Amazon Prime all look so much better. A definite buy. We can plan to purchase a second unit soon for our other TV.

I bought this player because I wanted to look at disks I had and access Netflix, Hulu, etc. over the Internet on a HD TV without internet access. It was simple to connect to my network and to set up. The hardest part is deciding what to watch - there are so many services available. I love it.

This small machine foes everything (almost). You get a lot for a great price!

This product is good quality as is most Sony products. However we wanted a unit to play 4K DVD'S which this doesn't. It does play regular and HD Blue ray DVD'S so we're okay with that. We did ask a store associate about all that and they really couldn't answer our questions.

The blue ray player works great. I am 66 and set up was really easy. My tv is a vizeo and the sony player works well with it. I watch amazon and netflicks through this machine also with no problems. Packed my Roku away. If you are a older person this blue ray player is good. Updates itself through the internet.

Easy setup performs exactly as I hoped. This gets all the streaming apps that I wanted as well as the upscaling DVD performance. I you want more streaming apps you may want to consider the next model up.

Working great, same brand as the one we replaced hopefully this one lasts longer.

This is the second Sony Blu-ray I have owned. Small package the delivers excellent pictures. Great price from Best Buy.

Nice features, like the streaming apps, built right into the box, makes for a very convenient way of watching (binging) my favorite series. The blue ray picture is spectacular as well.
