Great product love the quality sony is always been an excellent product

Does what I ask it to. Does what I expect. I mean it's a Blu-ray player that upscales. Doesn't do the ultra hd Blu-ray but that's ok

We love our new Blue Ray/DVD player! Our old one died suddenly and we found this one on sale at Best Buy. Hesitated briefly, but ended up purchasing it. We are so glad we did! The price was great especially considering the capability. Now we just need to learn how to use all of the functions!

This Sony is so much more reliable and easy to follow prompts than the previous DVD player I had(LG). Very happy with this product.

My Sony Blu Ray player got fried by a freak cable box power surge. I wanted to replace with the latest Samsung model but was disappointed. I immediately went back to Best Buy to exchange with no hassles, sweet!!!. For the price Sony is the best Blu Ray player currently on the market.

It is what I had been looking for, easy to connect, easy to use and I can play Blue rays and 4k movies.

Needed a decent blue ray player. Lots of junk brands out there. Sony products are usually solid. This player worked great and good picture. Just needed a basic player but has lots of features.

Needed to get a Blu-ray player for the movies I had after selling my console. This works excellent! Even though I have a smart TVs, this Blu-ray play is a smart one as well. It has Netflix and other apps. Excellent for the price!

The player works well and the upscaling is good. I was disappointed because I asked the sales clerk if the player could play 4K discs and he said yes. It can’t. Since most of our discs are Blu-ray and not 4K and the tv is 4K we decided to keep the player anyway.

Works well, plays great, wow, great, ideal for everyone. Great value.

Easy to use. I was worried when I first got it that it didn’t have a display on the front of the player but you can see the time when you hit display on the remote.

this is the second one like this that i buy.....the one i had died....don't know how long i had it.....only use it to watch dvds on tv....have no cable, no streaming service.....and it was easy to hook up. that was my key buying point....ease to put into service....4 out of 5 stars ain't bad....

As a video-maker, I bought this unit to have a way of playing MP4 files from a flash drive on a large-screen TV (my TV isn't quite smart enough to do that). Problem solved! However, all the other features seem to work well, too. A nice, compact device.

Plays Blue Ray discs at 1080p and can make my old standard discs look better than my old standard dvd player. I don't believe it provides 4K picture quality, but it does seem to enhance the picture quality.

Its great for the cost and plays disks fine....but you cant add any apps and only has a few of the most popular apps like Netflix and Prime.

With all the variation in smart TVs and other things today sometimes setup can be a pain. This unit was easy. Also, I love the understandable remote with labeled buttons. No need to deal with confusing drop down menus on the tv.

This is a complete upgrade to the one I had. My kids enjoy using this one best since it has more apps and I'm able to download other apps for all of us to use. The movies played on this player have better clarity so We really enjoy watching movies since we bought this.

What I really liked was ease of setup to my wireless network and effortless streaming. Plus upscaling of DVD to what appears to be blue ray quality.
