I bought this as a replacement for an overheated, dropped to many times unit. LOVE that it is wifi enabled. Will i buy again? got the extended warranty on it so of course i will.

This player exceeds its price for equality and connectivity. You can spend much more and not get that much more quality auto but you're getting. Highly recommend this for anybody looking to upscale to further enhance their Blu-ray collection

I did a search on the top ten Blue ray players. this was top. Best Buy has a good price and like to shop local when I can find what I want. So far it lives up to my high expectations. Very nice for the money. Many more were far more costly.

I bought this on sale and it has the features that I wanted. While many are moving away from these Players to Streaming services, i still like having a Blu-Ray Player on hand for my DVD's. Overall, an excellent choice for me.

In addition to providing great Blu Ray player operation, this device contains the apps needed to stream all kinds of content over an internet connection. I found its variety of apps superior to the ones that were contained on my two year old smart TV.

Bought this for an older TV in my den (not a smart TV) and the quality is really nice! It also is nice to have access to my streaming apps in that room as my TV is just basic.

I had bought five Sony players, but were giving me a lot of problems. Updated all five to this. These are working pretty good, once in a blue moon one or two of them freeze and have to disconnect from the back, but other than that they are good.

I have the BDP-S6500 for my home theater system downstairs & I loved it. I got the 6700 for my system upstairs for my 4K TV. I stayed with Sony so I could watch my movies purchased from the PlayStation network. Also use a flash drive to play music & videos.

I should have done a more thorough study on the newer model SONY blu-ray player, because I would have found that they are essentially the same (Sony BDPS3100 & BDP-S6700). I have nothing negative to report on either in terms of set-up, operation, and performance.

Fine Blu-ray player. Does everything I need plus things I don’t really don’t need another smart device connected to my already smart TV. but it works fine and is intuitive to use. Good value for its capabilities

Totally love it. I love how I can play regular dvds or blue rays or regular music cds

Haven't used the Bluray functions yet, but the streaming works well. The only concern is the number of firmware updates so far. It seems like it worked faster out of the box and got slower after the updates. Otherwise it works well with my older, not-so-smart TV.

Much better than my previous Blu-ray. My old one took awhile to start and it did not have a light show that it was on. The sound is better also.

Purchased one of these for our gameroom after our old sony finally crashed. We liked it so much we bought another one just to upgrade the one in our den. They are awsome. I highly recommend updating your bluerays if possible.

A fine piece of equipment. Nice interface, delivers great picture resolution and sound (as you'd expect from 4k HD). A real bargain. You wouldn't expect to get so much quality for so little, but you do,

works well excellent picture quality and sound. It is slow on startup and funcionallity is cluncky but overall a good unit.

I primarily use the streaming functions which work much better than a lower model of Sonys which repeatly loses the internet connection. I have two of them (ugh!). Haven't had the need to use the BluRay player yet.

Plays my movies. Movies look good. Does what it’s supposed to so I am happy.

Allows me to view my dvd without any fuss. Easy to install and operate.
