Plays NetFlex DVD's just fine. The remote control is compact but not too compact and the controls are laid out quite well. The WIFI works great although we mainly use the TV WiFI.

It works as well as advertised. Haven't used it a lot but plays everything that I have tried to play. Easy setup.

It exceeded my need in the quality picture it provides from my videos.

Value priced Sony 4K player. Just to play movies, didn't need a lot of features.

I bought this because the Samsung Tv didn’t come with the apps I usually use and the like to play blue Ray movies. It’s a great little box. I’m glad I purchased it.

Easy to install and setup. Limited to apps you can load and run. I would have liked to have a choice of apps not just the ones picked by Sony. Should come with a HDMI cable.

We bought a 2nd Blu-ray machine for our other tv from Best Buy. It is great quality. The picture quality is awesome!

I initially bought this player to replace my older DVD player. After using it briefly, I decided to exchange it for the Sony UBP-X800 model. This is a good product. I decided I wanted the better model more.

If you are broke and have quite a few blu ray and dvd discs and you want to spend the minimum amount of money this machine will be fine. The images and sound it delivers is excellent.(It will play all the latest surround codecs) I have mine running into a Sony 1080p projector on a 92" screen a secondary system in my home. Construction quality like most inexpensive players these days is mediocre as it is very light weight. As one can see the player itself only has a power and eject button. All other functions are on the included remote which is tiny and not back lit. No biggie as I use a third party remote by RTi to control my entire home and this system. (It can be controlled via IR or IP) Feel free to ask questions or comment here about this player and I will try and respond!

We needed an upscaling player for one of our rooms where DVD's are still watched but we wanted a little more quality on our display. This unit fit the bill without breaking our budget.

This is a great DVD Player and has worked flawlessly! This is my second Sony DVD Player for my household and both are great quality and reasonably priced. I'd definitely buy again!

I love this blu ray player. It's not bulky like other ones are but it still is great.

I bought this particular player because it has an RCA jack on the back to hook it into my existing sound system and then connected to our projector via HDMI for clear, crisp picture. Love having Netflix available in our theater room now.

This unit was a replacement for a Samsung that had given up the ghost. This device provides good functionality and reasonable value for the price. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, but is reasonably priced.

It works great, what’s better is it’s easy to set up without instructions. That’s something I look for. Most streaming capabilities through the device. I love it. Serves its purpose.

My dvd player crashed and I needed a new one. I like the reviews on this one and it has lived up to my needs. Looks great in my living room with it's small design. It was easy to get it set up.

Wow! For the price I really did not expect too much. But it even makes my older dvds pop. Plus the streaming capabilities are great. Easy to add channels.

Haven’t had it very long but so far so good- I do wish the buttons were also on the machine so you didn’t always have to use the remote.
