We wanted to use it in our travel trailer. This model is small and compact and fits the space nicely. However, it does tend to freeze up easily. We have to turn it off and restart it.

compact, efficient unit...........................

Have had for over a year and have had no issues with it, using as a streaming player as well on an older TV and couldn't be happier with it.

Blu ray Player working great. This is not main player in the house. Ease to use was the prior in the purchase.

I bought this blue ray player with 4K upscaling capability, I haven't bought any 4K blue ray disc to test its capability, but I have used its wifi streaming, it pretty good for its pricing

This Blu-ray player provides a good quality picture and as a bonus, you get a player that can give quality sound with Super Audio CDs at an affordable price.

Great player, great value in its class. Easy to operate. Plays DVD's and blu ray discs perfectly. This was a great add-on unit for our older DVD/VHS player that no longer operates without exception. This way, we can keep the old unit and add on this new player to get maximum benefit from our collection.

I needed to replace an old blue ray dvd from Sony/Google. This serotonin be the best replacement and so far it has worked very well.

Bought this player to replace the previous Sony model. I am very happy with everything about the player. I would definitely buy it again.

If you’re looking for a fundamental and cheap Blu-ray player, this is one of them. What I do not like is that if you end up walking away from your Blu-ray player and you go to turn it back on, you have to start the movie from the beginning. It doesn’t save your spot where you’re at. That’s kind of silly that they didn’t get this working cause I remember having this on a previous Blu-ray player 15 years ago

We've had this player for about 6 weeks. We like how fast it was to set up and how easy it is to use. If you need a dvd player, this one is for you!

Player does upscale my dvds. Color, contrast, clarity were better. easy to navigate and set up. This Sony player is way better than my recent Samsung purchase which I returned.

This Blu-ray player works great. The 4k upscaling technology looks good. Was a good value compared to 4k players. This does not play 4k Blu-ray discs.

remote is easy to operate, onscreen navigation is a breeze. Fast loading too! I tried 3 other, cheaper brands, and came back to SONY. You do get what you pay for!

This isn't the best thing on the market but it's the best thing at a comparable price point. You get what you pay for and sometimes you get a good deal. This is a good deal. The player is good and the 4K upscale is a nice little bonus. THIS IS NOT A NATIVE 4K. The only reason that I am leaving 4 stars is it's a little slow to start up, and occasionally (twice in over a year of ownership) will stall out while loading a YouTube video, and then behaves fine after the machine is restarted. After a year I bought another for my dad.

Great little player! Does what it’s supposed to do and the menu is easy to use and it’s nice and small.
