Easy to use and it works great I would purchase again

Needed a new Blu Ray player due to a DVD player biting the dust. This one was reasonably priced and fits the bill for what we need.

This Blu-ray player is excellent. I definitely recommend. It needs more apps but I'd buy it again.

I was in the market for a 4K player. I bought it, took it home, set it up turned it on and started enjoying my movie collection in 4K.

if you dont have a 4k TV..get this player. has everything i wanted for an awesome price.

So Far WE have used it Twice, Great Picture, WE NEED more Blue-rays.

So far I have been pleased with this Blu-ray player. The only thing I have noticed about it that bugs me is that it can be a little temperamental if you turn it on with a disc in the disc tray. It seems like this causes the player to freeze (not always, but often), and the only way to restart it is to completely unplug the power cable. Pushing the power button causes the screen to turn black, but the player never turns off completely. If I turn the player on without anything in the disc tray, it works perfectly fine. I am not sure if this is a glitch in the player's firmware or not. Other than that, I have been very happy with it.

Super easy to set up and my kids know how to use the remote, I did have one keep freezing on me, so I took it back (always buy the warranty) and got a new one no problem

Does what it is supposed to do...and does it well.

I have a lot of "old" DVDs and I am using my new DVD player for that purpose so that I can watch my "old" DVDs on my new 4K TV. Picture quality is good even though it is based on the actual DVD not the TV used to play it. The DVD player itself has an "upscaling" feature that makes the picture quality somewhat better. The remote is kind of small and you need to be careful with which keys you hit. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Very nice device. Plays DVD’s and cd’s smoothly. Easy setup. Connects to Wi-Fi. Can utilize music and video streaming.

I bought this for my daughter for her new place, and was very happy with how it works. Built in apps are great for streaming media if you don't have cable or satellite service.

It is very easy to use, good quality. In Amazon it says REGION FREE, but actually it is not. I can't play PAL DVD. The Bestbuy staff was not sure about the function either.

Bought to replace older blue ray. Found this to be an even greater as we were able to eliminate a DVD player and streaming boxes as well

Out of the box, the Sony Blu-Ray player was easy to install. The quality of the picture and sound from the Blu-ray disk is great.

Simple to connect to tv and wifi easy to use interface

I was in need of a new Blu Ray player for my 55" TV hanging above my fire place in the living room. This one was a great price and does the job well.
