Should have been listed as open box item

The box was slightly damaged and the packaging tape from the manufacturer had been cut. Upon inspecting the unit, something was rattling inside. Clearly this should have been listed as a open box item. When exchanging it for the same, I found 3 of the 4 on the shelf had damaged boxes as well; one was pancaked and almost completely flattened... hope that over doesn't get sold as "New". Anyways the unit itself is great.
