There is one feature that bugs me, and I don't know how to change it : When I turn off the power on the Sony Bluray, it switches the "source" setting on my HD flat-screen TV from HDMI to TV, which gives me no picture until I correct the source setting.

Christmas present

She has a tablet with data access that she watches Netflix on, but kept running through our monthly data. The built in Wifi on this player is perfect for her, and she has been able to watch as many movies as she has wanted over the past two weeks. Great item.

We picked this model for it's compact size, allowing us much more room on the dresser than the old player. We have had good luck with Sony products and stick with them.

Price is right
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having my top of the line LG blu ray player die a slow death (first not playing cds then not playing dvd and finally not playing blurays) it was time for a new player. The ps3 was considered one of the best bluray players year after year so it made sense to go with Sony. Its a great player, but it feels cheap. Although considering the price, I really cant complain too much.

I purchased Panasonic, Samsung players and returned as they did not meet my expectations. This player is flawless for the price and compare to its competitors around same price range. Wifi works flawlessly and streaming contents are very responsive. Sony makes best Bly Ray and this is no different.
