Quick and easy set up. I had to call their support team because the app to access the web wasn't showing up, and they were able to resolve it for me pretty quickly. I wish that you could eject the DVD while streaming, but that's a minor thing. Overall, a very good player for the price.

Great player and easy to use and easy setup no complaint

We replaced our DVD player with this Blu-ray player, and have been pleased with the results. Very compatible with Wi-Fi, and the salesman who recommended it was good at listening and determining what a good product would be for us without trying to push a more expensive one on us.

Our old Blue Ray player started to malfunction (different brand) so we stopped at Best Buy. The associate was super helpful and suggested this model as it was on sale. The remote works with our Sony TV and we could not be happier with the features and performance of the new player.

This is the first smart blue ray player I have owned. I was just amazed at the picture quality as well as the sound quality this unit provided. I am going to enjoy using this unit.

works well, wireless, connects to Netflix & others easily

Bought the blueray player for second bedroom as no internet hookup in there and my husband likes to watch Netflix in there. As we have wireless Wi-Fi in the house, buying a wireless Blu-ray player has been ideal. He can watch dvds plus Netflix. Works well and was easy to set up.

While purchasing a television, the sales lady helped me, listening to what I wanted and needed, providing options, for this DVD player. It is small and easy to use. Perfect for what I needed. I left the store with a purchase better for my needs, than I thought was available.

Value for money product, easy to use, wifi works great

We purchased this blu ray player to use with a projector and screen for outdoor movie nights. So far, we have watched 2 movies with no issues. The blu ray player worked great and the picture was beautiful. We have not used the Wifi capabilities yet, but it plays blu rays great.

So far, I am pleased with my new dvd player with Wi-Fi. Sometimes I have trouble with the video streaming, but that seems to be due to either high internet usage or my internet service. I haven't used the dvd player yet. I don't have any reason to think that it won't work. I am glad that this player streams Amazon as well as Netflix.

This Sony Blu-ray player is great. It is very compact and unobtrusive but still gets the job done well! Loading times are quick and overall user interface with easy to navigate and understand. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the market for a new blu-ray player!

Easy to set up, use, great picture and functionality.

Goes great with my Sony TV - even automatically switches the input channel when the Blu-Ray player is powered on. Very easy to use and navigate the menus as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make their "dumb TV" a Smart TV with the most popular streaming services.

Small device but excellent picture quality and features

I upgraded from a Samsung DVD Upconvert player and I love this bluray player and it has a similar interface as the PS3 user interface. The features and playback is great. Plus you also have your streaming services all in one menu. So glad I picked this up on Black Friday!

just what I wanted. Easy setup and controls. Works with wifi all the way through the house. Bluray movies are great. I have bought another after I saw how good it was.
