The set up was easy, user-friendly. The ease of movie through Wi-fi to the player and back is excellent.

This bluray player was out of the box, connected to wifi & streaming shows in less than 15 minutes. Picture looked great! Bluray a load faster than my previous player. DVDs load very fast. Sound was very good through my tv speakers. This player is in my bedroom and the small size is appreciated. Overall an excellent player and worth the $10 more for the wifi connectivity.

I'm not a videophile. Needed a simple, inexpensive, unobtrusive DVD player and this fit the bill. Has HDMI and A-V output so I can connect to an old audio receiver. We don't have a "smart" TV so definitely glad we got the wifi version. Connecting to Netflix couldn't be easier. Only thing this doesn't to (I think) which might be something to look for is bluetooth connectivity for audio output. That would add considerable flexibility.

Sony comes through once again! It was easy to set up, easy to use, and has many options. I like being able to choose other functions to view instead of just the ones it comes preloaded with.. I also like that it will allow me to view continuously if I want to==great for when the kids are watching and I need to do something else. Need to get another one for my sewing room!!

Got this for my mother as a Christmas gift. When I set it up and checked everything it worked well and picture quality was good. The size is compact. The software could be easy to use. My mother is not into any tech stuff so I have to teach it to her and write down the instructions as plain as I can. Would have given it a 5 star if not for that. It needs to be a little more consumer friendly for people with no tech experience.

I wanted to stream Netflix into my bedroom (and be able to play an occasional DVD) . Didn't really want the expense of a new gaming console. When I saw that you can play PS now games with this also.... It was a done deal ! Do be aware that you need a PS4 controller and cable to do this.

Really neat device, does a lot for the price. Love the extra features that it has compared to other brands- helps that I have a PS3. It's also super small compared to others I have owned- totally epic that it can fit in even the smallest areas of my home theater setup. Great all around!

I choose this after searching a ton of stores for a good player to watch Netflix on since I don't have a smart TV. It was on sale and compared to the other players with the same features, it was a great deal. I'm glad I choose it b/c it has worked out perfectly! I haven't had any issues with it at all, and my family uses it daily. Very happy with this little guy!

Bought this device primarily to watch Netflix and it does that well. There is a Netflix button on the remote. There are icons for a number of other services that I have not tried. I like that this had a hard wired network port as well as wireless. Oh yeah it plays DVDs/Blue ray as well. I watched one of each just to make sure it worked and they played fine.

SONY is the brand you can trust for quality and longevity. This BluRay WiFi combo replaces an older SONY BluRay player (which has been relegated to the bedroom and still working fine) so that I can now watch IMSA racing and Formula-1 practice (Sessions 1 & 3) from the web that is not being telecast by any networks. Very happy with this product (duh, it's a SONY).

Got this for my spouse for a present and we love it. It's small yet works well was easy to set up and now we can stream other services through our tv. We have really enjoyed it. One thing we don't do use is the PlayStation part bc you have to pay a monthly fee to use it and I don't feel it is worth it to me. Also I haven't figured out the device mirroring.

Works great, great quality and apps and even better is the price.

After looking at reviews of this in talking with a store associate we are happy with the purchase. I mainly use netfli I mainly use Netflix and with th I mainly use Netflix and with a dedicated Netflix button that is a great help. We have also use the screen sharing option and Pandora. Everything is easy to use and understand as was setting up the Wi-Fi.

I hooked this dvd player to a Samsung "semi" smart tv. It's a few years old and does not have all the apps of the newer models. The sony dvd player has all the apps you could ask for and then some. The picture on the player is outstanding. It works perfectly no complaints at all. I would highly recommend it. I also got it on sale so that was an added bonus.
