While I have not tested other soundbars, it works as advertised, filling the room with immersive cinematic audio experience and integrating flawlessly with the Sony Bravia 9 TV. This is my first soundbar and Sony did not disappoint.

The bass is excellent with the internal woofer setup and you can adjust it using the remote or app. Voice mode helped with difficult dialogue once indistinguishable with the background noise. Definitely reccomend using the *Bravia app* with the soundbar. It adjusts the audio to your sitting position and how the room takes it in.

Best Buy, yet again a let down

Item is missing the instructions, and missing the correct cable to plug into the wall. So had to go out and buy one. I do believe that Best Buy doesn’t take the time to really look when they put an Excellent open box sticker on it. More fair and should have been much cheaper, especially missing the cable that is needed for it to work. Another thing, you should really take out the batteries from the remotes before shipping, one battery had some build up.

Sound was OK but the product was hard to set up and operate. Considering the price and the fact that I was hooking it up to a new Sony TV it was disappointing.

Great Soundbar, BUT Beware of How It Mounts!

The only issue is that the Soundbar Mount is separate from the Wall Mount for the 85" Bravia 9 Mini LED QLED 4K TV. The Soundbar mount will attach to the TV Wall Mount, but it doesn't allow the Soundbar to slide up to the bottom of the TV! For all of the other smaller TV sizes in this model, the Soundbar is adjustable and will slide up to the bottom of the TV. Nobody at Best Buy knew this, so my measurements for where the TV needs to be mounted were off by 3 inches! It was too late in the game to correct this problem. The new piece of furniture ordered is 30" high. The Soundbar will need to just sit on the top of the Entertainment Furniture. Check first and verify with Best Buy if you plan on purchasing this Soundbar. Their staff don't seem to know about this issue and assume that the Soundbar can slide up to the bottom of the TV. We truly miss the Entertainment Consults Best Buy used to have, but let go. Cost Savings maneuver?

Your feedback can help us improve more and rest assured, this will be looked into. However, when mounting the TV and the soundbar to the wall, we recommend reaching out to a professional installer. This is for safety and product protection. The wall must have the strength to withstand four times (six times in some models) the weight of the TV and the soundbar. Regards, -Craig

It’s Fine, Missing Pieces

Bought this as an open box excellent condition item to save some money and didn’t believe this was worth the new value price. Speaker was in new condition but no hardware was included to mount the little feet on this nor the remote control. A lot of settings to play around to get the right sound. Most of all this is very easy to use with our Sony TV which is ultimately why we went with the sound bar. Would recommend if you want easy use with a Sony TV and single Sony remote otherwise I’d skip on it.

Great Sound Bar

Checked on multiple other bars but this was the best on Bass sound clarity and is very sleek and easy to handle. It has 11 speakers and with this bar I did not feel the need for any external woofers or speakers. But its your choice to add if you want. Overall value for money and highly recommended.
