Uninstall the Sony | BRAVIA Connect app from your phone or tablet and then reinstall it—this can sometimes clear up any bugs or corrupted data—and ensure your soundbar has the latest firmware installed.

Here are a few quick things you can try: Make sure all the cables are connected tightly; sometimes even a small looseness can mess with the sound. If you’re using Bluetooth or another wireless connection, keep other electronics away from the sound bar to reduce interference. Restarting both your TV and sound bar can also refresh the connection and fix minor hiccups.
It’s worth checking for any software updates for both your TV and sound bar.
