    Bought this for my wife to use to record lectures. Works great for that, she can use the headphone output for playback at the library. Only complaint is that there is no way to offload the data, its stuck on the device.

    Recorder worked fine but I ended up returning it -- because I didn't do my research. This unit does not have a way to export sound files -- no external memory card and no USB connection. If you just want to record and erase -- this was a great little unit. If you want to export sound clips, you will need a different unit.

    The recorder is small and compact but lacks the modern USB connectivity. It is not worth it because there is no way to connect to a computer.
