Good product. A bit complicated to use. Still learning how to use.

What a disappointment! It's twice as heavy as my DSC HX300 and the zoom isn't as good. The resulting pictures may be better, but how can I tell without buying it (can't return a used camera, can you?). At least for me, this isn't the right fit.

Great camera but I can not find auto focus. There are things that are not straight forward on the Menu

I had a Canon Rebel with several lenses and tired of carrying and switching lenses when traveling. I'm thrilled with the quality and versatility of this Sony RX10-IV. The Zeiss lens, the ability to shoot in RAW, the viewfinder all are top quality. My only complaint is the learning curve for the extensive menu system which seems to defy intuition. Overall, I feel this camera performs as an upgrade to my old Canon APS-C despite the smaller sensor size.

Your prices are good. Your service is, unfortunately, very uninviting. Your staff are unwilling to help. You have to really try hard to get their attention. And when they do, they could be more cordial. I will continue to shop, until I find an alternative.

Poor pictures quality. For that high price its a very bad camera

I own the RX100v5, upgraded to it from a v2, and have shot Sony full frame since the v2, now almost a decade ago. I still shoot my Alpha 7c 4 and ZV-E1 for candid and street photography but the RX10 is a win on both fronts. I love the camera, it's perfect balance and low weight for such a powerhouse and excellent optic. The power of the zoom is incredibly helpful in so many situations and the colors, accuracy of the AF, and the high frame rate shooting makes it a blast to use for sports. Thee 1" sensor absolutely helps in low light too, not quite the sensor size of a full frame but without pixel binning, the motion capture on this thing is superb! Stabilization is excellent and slow motion shots look like they were taken by a rig ten times, 25 times the cost of the new RX10 IV. Couldn't be happier, nor could my shoulder! It's nice to leave the big one at home and stash the RX100 in a shirt pocket in case I shoot too MUCH 4K:) The only complaint, if you'd call it that because it's definitely not, as it's tough to beat physics and battery chemistry - while getting better constantly, still has a way to go before we can shoot a full day a lot with a single battery.... but that's why they make spares! Killer camera, usually fine SOC without running through Lightroom - just a couple RAW adjustments if you're shooting for perfection, otherwise the straight outta camera JPEGs are insane! Spectacular Keep up the amazing job Sony, I switched from Canon and the 5DMk2 to Sony 15 years ago now, and couldn't be happier! Jaxx

The open-box camera itself is in excellent condition. Very satisfied. Would purchase again. Operates and performs as expected. The camera zoom range is incredible and picture quality is also excellent. Very happy with the purchase. The only thing I am not completely satisfied is the condition of the box. It was torn.

V good camera, enjoying taking pics with it. Eqsy to use.

Took over 400 pictures with this camera and was lucky to capture 10% of them in sharp focus. The focusing system is very fast, however, the lens cannot capture a good quality image. Compared to the RX10 III, which took very sharp pictures, this was huge disappointment. Even the BestBuy Camera experts could not capture a sharp photo on a stationary objects in the store. We tried another new camera in the store and it had the same concerns. Returned the camera.
